Today Microsoft has finally confirmed that 2 products that has been RTM’d!
Suprisingly not the products are Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2
When can we expect to download it?
Windows 7 should be available on Technet August the 6t, customers with SA agreement August 7th. For details take a look here
Windows Server is a bit more fuzzy, first half of August it will be available for evaluations and SA customers should get it the second half.
But what do they say about the deployment toolkit, SP2 for SCCM etc? Within 90 days from Windows 7 RTM… So why wait, start the get some Seven clients out in the organization now and start application testing, try out the new features etc so you are ready to start your Seven project later this year!
