Many of us have been playing around with Windows 7 and it’s new features, but did you notice that the Internet Explorer icon is a download status bar for example?

Are your users lying? Ask them to record their problems with Problem Steps Recorder, fire it up by searching for Record steps in the start menu, save it and email the zip file.
