These error codes has hit me multiple times while trying to upgrade my Office 365 ProPlus from a local source.
Verify the following to help you troubleshoot
- Can System and User view the update files?
- Are the source files corrupt? Need to download again?
- Does it work from another computer or other user?
- Is the registry keys correct in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\ClickToRun\Configuration. Are UpdateUrl, UpdatesEnabled, UpdateDeadline set as expected?
- Test the UpdateUrl path, add “Office\Data\V32.cab” to the path and make sure a CAB file openes up.
If there is no V32.cab file, make a copy of the .CAB with the highest version number
